JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-01-2015 The learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Gopalganj has granted bail to the petitioner vide order dated 06.11.2014, passed in B.P. No. 974 of 2014, on the condition that he will deposit a cash of Rs.2,00,000/- (Two lac).

The informant alleged that the petitioner took fraudulently Rs.2,00,000/- (Two lac) from him and has not returned the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no document to show that the petitioner has taken the money from the informant. Furthermore, the informant himself is a criminal and in past also he has lodged similar cases. Some of the cases have been annexed as Annexures-2 and 3 to this application.

No. 974 of 2014, the condition of depositing Rs.2,00,000/- (Two lac) is reduced to Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty thousand) on the same condition except that one of the bailors would be a close family members of the petitioner.

This application stands disposed of.
