The petitioner seeks bail in Bagaha (Pathkauli) P.S. Case No. 304 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1b)a, 26, 30 of the Arms Act. The petitioner surrendered before the S.P. Bagaha with country made rifle and cartridges on call of the S.P. The petitioner has got criminal antecedent, but the petitioner surrender in pursuance of call by the S.P. and has remained in jail in the present case for more than eight months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8045 of 2015 (3) dt.08-04-2015 2/2 satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Bagaha (Pathkauli) P. S. Case No. 304 of 2014.
