JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-03-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 21.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420/34 of the I.P.C. It is alleged that petitioner being PAC Chairman purchased the paddy from various farmers but not paid the consideration amount.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that consideration amount in lieu of the purchased paddy were paid through cheques and the cheques were issued to the respective venders. A statement to that effect has been made in para 8 of the petition. It is further submitted that with similar accusation Nuaon (Ramgarh) P.S. Case No. 199 of 2014 was registered against the petitioner in which the petitioner has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 7832 of 2015. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the
