JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 192 liters of country made liquor are said to have been recovered from a tempo. Petitioner happens to be owner of the said tempo but admittedly, he was not caught on the spot. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 29.10.2015. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with G.O. Excise Case No. 63 of 2015.
