This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Dandari P.S. Case No. 110 of 2019, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The widow of the deceased is the informant. It is alleged in the First Information Report that the petitioner along with five named accused persons had abducted her husband whose dead body was found on the next date. The deceased was shot dead. The petitioner has criminal antecedent inasmuch as he is accused in following cases as is evident from paragraph 3 of the application:- "3. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32297 of 2020(2) dt.07-12-2020 2/2 2016 under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code, Bakhri P.S Case No.

304/2015 under Sections 443,427,379 of the Indian Penal Code, Bakhri P.S.

Case No. 346 of 2018 under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 of he Indian Penal Code and 25 ( 1-B) A, 27 of the Arms Act, Nawkothi P.S. Case No. 14 of 2020 under Sections 147, 148,149, 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act and the petitioner is on bail in three above cases."

Considering that there is direct allegation against the petitioner of having abducted the informant's husband and considering his criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner regular bail for the present.

This application is, accordingly, rejected.
