ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 25.08.2015 in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No.10 of 2013, registered for the offence punishable under Section 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a anomaly in the story as pointed out by the informant in the F.I.R. and also in the statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. made before the Magistrate. However, perusing the materials on record and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application is rejected.
