This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 66 of 2022 registered under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is admitted fact that the date on which the deceased died, he was in Patna. The petitioner is in custody since 04.03.2022. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the period of custody, this
