The petitioner is in custody since 10.1.2015 in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No.07 of 2015 registered for the offences under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case on account of village politics.

Considering the aforementioned submissions and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
