JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 24-08-2022 Mr. Sidhendra Narayan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner has mentioned this matter to allow him to withdraw this application, as according to him, this writ application was filed during the Pandemic period on-line. Later on finding no trace of it, he had filed another writ application being C.W.J.C. No. 375 of 2020 which has already been disposed of on 23.12.2020.
It appears that this writ application has been registered later on in the year 2021 after about 4 months of the filing.
