Petitioners seek bail in a case under Sections 304B/34 IPC. The father of the deceased alleged that the accused persons killed his daughter by strangulating her.

It is submitted that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-inlaw of the deceased. It appears that the marriage took place in the year 2006. There is no allegation against the petitioners. During the course of investigation, None of the witness disclosed any material against the petitioners. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Ist class, Muzaffarpur n connection with Deoria P.S.Case No.12 of 2011, G.R.No.252 of 2011.
