JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 12-08-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner is absent. Show cause is available on behalf of opposite party. Sri Subhash Prasad Singh, GA-3 has appeared on behalf of opposite parties and refereed Annexure-A of show cause and further submitted that from perusal of the same, it is evident that the order impugned had already been complied with by having proper adjudication followed with detailed, reasoned order though adverse to the petitioner.
By the order impugned the court had directed to consider the claim of the petitioner for promotion as well as for granting of additional pay in terms of 103 of the Bihar Service Code on account of holding the additional post.
Having proper adjudication in terms thereof, did not justify pendency of instant petition, subsequently. Accordingly, dropped. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J) PN/- U
