JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-01-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 09.05.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 380, 457, 511 of the I.P.C.

It is alleged that petitioner entered into the house of the informant and committed theft when he was caught.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that since petitioner has love affairs with the daughter of the informant, hence he has falsely been implicated and handed over to the police.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional
