The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act and 37(b)(c) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is that one country made pistol along with one cartridge is recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 27.12.2018. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Patna in connection with Patliputra P.S. case No.613 of 2018.
