Heard the parties.

Prayer for anticipatory bail was already refused to the appellant on 16.12.2019 with direction that prayer for regular bail shall be considered by the court below without being prejudiced by the order, but the appellant did not surrender in pursuance of that order nor challenged the aforesaid order. Again prayer is for review of the said order on changed circumstances.

The Court was inclined to dismiss this appeal with heavy cost, however learned counsel for the appellant, after some argument, seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.2120 of 2020(2) dt.17-11-2021 2/2 Accordingly, it stands dismissed as withdrawn in connection with Bettiah Sadar SC/ST P.S. Case No. 24 of 2019. If the appellant would not surrender within a week, the court below shall take coercive step for his apprehension and submit a report to this Court regarding action taken.
