Show cause has been filed on behalf of the District Education Officer, Siwan (O.P. No. 5). In paragraphs-9 & 10, following statements have been made:
"9. That the petitioner is untrained and has not passed T.E.T. Examination and as such, he is not entitled for appointment on compassionate ground in view of amended
Patna High Court MJC No.702 of 2018(5) dt.31-07-2019 2/2 rules, passing of T.E.T. is a condition precedent for appointment as Panchayat/Block Teachers. After considering the entire facts, the District Education Officer, Siwan rejected the claim of petitioner by reasoned and speaking order and communicated the same vide memo No. 216 dated 20-03-2018 to the petitioner.
10. That in view of aforesaid fact, the order dated 1110-2017 passed in CWJC No. 19745 of 2014 by this Hon'ble Court is complied with".
Learned counsel for the State submits that the order dated 11-10-2017 passed in CWJC No. 19745 of 2014 has already been complied with.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, this contempt proceeding is dropped.
This application is disposed of.
