The petitioner seeks bail in Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 334 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation against the petitioner that he kidnapped his minor daughter. The victim was recovered and she made her statement that while she was returning from school the petitioner and four others kidnapped her and took her to Anand Vihar Junction, Delhi. The victim and the petitioner was returning from Anand Vihar but both were apprehended from the train at Gomo Railway Station.

It is submitted that the doctor has assessed the age of the victim to 17-19 years. The victim had love affairs with the

Having considered the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is in jail for about eight months, he is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ IV, Patna City in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case no. 334 of 2014.
