The idols of Bhagwan Sita, Ram and mother Janki were stolen from Sita Ram temple. The First Information Report was lodged against unknown. The name of the petitioner sprang up on confession of the co-accused during investigation. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the petitioner. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11000 of 2015 (2) dt.24-03-2015 2/2 Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Sakatpur P.S. Case No. 69 of 2013.
The bail bond of the petitioner will be accepted on filing affidavit before learned Court below that he will co-operate during the investigation. Non-cooperation in the investigation will give liberty to the learned Court below to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
