The accusation against the petitioners is that they, after entering into the house of informant, made attempt to commit rape and also committed theft but submission on behalf of the petitioners is that one month prior to the institution of the present case the husband of informant had lodged Bhabua P.S. case No. 585 of 2015 against the petitioners and when the petitioners got bail in the aforesaid case, the husband of informant set up the informant and got instituted the present case. Considering the facts aforesaid and submission of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4433 of 2016 (2) dt.10-02-2016 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Mahila P.S. case No.60/2015.
