The accusation is killing the sister of the informant after one year of marriage for non-fulfilment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for the occurrence of 09.03.2014 the complaint was filed on 16.04.2014 which came to be registered as police case on 02.06.2014. The accusation is not specific against the petitioners and the investigation has already concluded. Considering the delayed lodging of the case and the relationship of the petitioners with the victim, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
