The petitioner is languishing in custody since 26.07.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 344, 346, 366, 368, 376, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4/5/6/7 of Prevention of Immoral Traffic Act. It is alleged that initially one Bhukhali Khatoon took the informant to Purnea where she was forced to flesh trade, but subsequently petitioner used to assault the informant and forced her to flesh trade.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation about forcing the informant for immoral trafficking is initially levelled against Bhukhali Khatoon.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9812 of 2015 (02) dt.19-03-2015 2/2 Co-accused have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 45039 of 2014 and 46663 of 2014.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Purnea in connection with Sessions Trial No. 1146 of 2014 arising out of Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 203 of 2014.
