JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-12-2020 Heard Mr. Ashok Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 227 of 2020, arising out of Baniapur P. S. Case No. 162 of 2020 dated 11.06.2020, instituted for offences under Sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the younger brother of the husband of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner in the F.I.R. The husband of the deceased is in custody and the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32405 of 2020(2) dt.07-12-2020 2/2 has remained in custody since 22.07.2020.

Regard being had to the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 227 of 2020, arising out of Baniapur P. S. Case No. 162 of 2020.

The petition stands allowed.
