Petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 47 (A) of the Excise Act and section 272 and other sections of the I.P.C. From perusal of the order of the Ist. Additional District and Sessions Judge, Buxar, it appears that from the premises of Annapurna Rice Mill 9200 pouches each containing 200 M.L.and 15 jerkins of sprit each containing 40 liters were recovered. Petitioner is not the owner of said Annapurna Rice Mill. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M. Buxar in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case No. 87 of 2014.
