The present case has been lodged on the basis of complaint petition in which the informant admitted that when he went at the house of the petitioner in search of his daughter, the wife of the petitioner disclosed that the victim eloped with son of the petitioner. No doubt, the victim is still traceless. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner Charitar Mistry be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Jamui P.S. No. 263/2015.
