The present Writ Petition has been filled for the following reliefs:- "The present application is being filed on behalf of the petitioner named, for indulgence of this Hon'ble Court by issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction / directions upon respondents for issuance of P.D.S. License in favour of the petitioner instead of Respondent No. 7 by cancelling her license because petitioner being the bona fide genuine and suit ablest candidate among EBC(W) but
Patna High Court CWJC No.11312 of 2019(3) dt.04-12-2023 2/3 Respondent No. 7 being a general category candidate has been granted P.D.S. License and for any other relief/reliefs for which petitioner may found fit and proper in the eye of law as well as facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated that challenging the order of the issuance of licence in favour of the Respondent No. 7, the petitioner has already filed a representation before the Commissioner, Munger Division Munger, Bihar (Respondent No. 3) but till dated the said representation/complaint has not been disposed off. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Court to direct the Respondent No. 3 to disposed off the said representation/complaint pending before him.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the officialrespondents has stated that he has no objection if a direction is given to the Respondent No. 3 to dispose off the representation/complaint made by the petitioner against the selection of the Respondent No. 7, in case, the same is still pending.
5. Having regard to the same, the present Writ Petition is disposed off with a direction to the Respondent No. 3 to dispose off the representation/complaint, if the same is still

6. It is needless to mention that before passing any order the petitioner as well as the Respondent No. 7 herein shall be put on notice and given an opportunity of hearing. Any orders passed, the shall be communicated to the party.
