2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 129 of 2024, instituted under Sections 363, 366A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegation against the petitioner is that he kidnapped the daughter of the informant on 25.03.2024.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The date of birth of the victim as per her mark-sheet of Bihar School Examination Board, Patna is 10.04.2005. On the date of incident, she was major. She with her own will has married with the petitioner and leading happy conjugal life with him. Both parties have compromised with each other. Petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32885 of 2025(2) dt.20-05-2025 2/2 is a young boy aged about 22 years having no criminal antecedent. Petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the investigation and trial.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. 6th, POCSO, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 129 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (B.N.S.S.), 2023.
