Taking into consideration that petitioner suppressed real fact and he appears to be habitual offender, I am not inclined to release him on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case no. 14/2014 pending in the court of Sri S.K. Jha, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sikrahana, Motihari/concerned court stands rejected.
