The petitioner seeks bail in Sidhwalia P.S. Case No. 03/2013 registered for the offence under Section 379 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner hired a City Ride bus, but did not return the same.

It is submitted that the City Ride bus bearing registration no. BR06P2919 stands in the name of the petitioner Pintu Kumar. He has not committed any theft. Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8082 of 2015 (3) dt.31-03-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Sidhwalia P.S. Case No. 03/2013.
