The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1) (x) of the S.C./S.T.(Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

The prosecution case is that the accused persons abused the informant by calling caste name. On protest being made, assault was made by fists and slaps and took away Rs. 10,000/-.from the bag of the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for a petty dispute accusation has been levelled. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The accusation is omnibus and general against all the accused persons.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3909 of 2016 (2) dt.27-01-2016 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 156 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
