The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 420, 385 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 46 and 47 of the Bihar Jail Manual.

A raid was conducted inside the premises of the jail and from the possession of the petitioner, Rs. 2,01,700/- was recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 31.05.2014. It is submitted that the petitioner had collected the money for getting her son admitted in an engineering college. Similarly situated coaccused Rekha Devi has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45204/2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12084 of 2015 (2) dt.09-04-2015 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Bijay Kishore Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saharsa in Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 191/14.
