The petitioner is in custody since 3.12.2014 in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No.243 of 2014 registered for the offences under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code, which is pending in the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case of love affairs, in which the petitioner has been falsely implicated. However, after perusal of the case diary and the statements of the witnesses, it is apparent that the petitioner had lured the girl and committed rape on her.

Considering the fact that the girl is minor and prosecution case stands corroborated by other witnesses as well, I
