The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jagdishpur (Goradih) P.S. Case No. 530 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he is order giver. He further submits that the petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 13.01.2019. He further submits that offences punishable under the Indian Penal Code are bailable except the provisions of 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42112 of 2019(2) dt.08-07-2019 2/2 (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur (Goradih) P.S. Case No. 530 of 2018.
