The petitioner is languishing in custody since 05.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 326,307,120B of the Indian Penal Code, 3/4 of Explosive Substances Act and 27 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged that the petitioner hurled explosive and started firing with pistol.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only some red spots were found on the body of the informant when the injury has been found to be superficial simple in nature.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14454 of 2015 (03) dt.28-04-2015 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gaya in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 282 of 2013. Since the petitioner is accused in six other cases, the learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if he substantially gets involved in some serious nature of the offence or defaults for two consecutive occasions.
