The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 30.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43572 of 2015 whereby the petitioners were granted bail in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 450 of 2015, pending in the court of the learned C.J.M., Purnea.
