The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 434 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 337, 348, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that there are cross FIRs and injuries have been sustained by both sides, I am inclined to allow the petitioners on bail, in the event of arrest they shall be released on anticipatory bail, subject to the conditions as laid
