The petitioner is an accused in a case registered under se 366, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel submits that Cr. Appeal No. 16 of 2014 does not fully support the prosecution case and he is in custody in Remand Home, Muzaffarpur since eleven months. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the appellant as named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail boind of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Principal Member, JJB, Sheohar in Trial No. 210 of 2014 arising out of Tariyani Police station Case No. 138 of 2014.

Parents of the petitioner would file an affidavit before the Juvenile Justice Board that they would take full care of their son.
