JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 17-07-2015 Having regard to the fact that the petitioner wants allocation to the State of Jharkhand in terms of Bihar Reorganization Act, the remedy for him will be only before the Central Government which has the power to take such a decision. Admittedly the petitioner has not approached the Central Government before filing of this writ application. In that view of the matter, this writ application is permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the Central Government.
