Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Forbesganj P.S.Case no.264 of 2018 dated 19.3.2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 363/365 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping of the daughter-in-law of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the whole allegation mentioned in the FIR is falsified by the statement of the girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and the girl is major.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.32080 of 2019(3) dt.26-07-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of2019 Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S.Case No.264/2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
