The petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No. 31 of 2015, arising out of Kasba P.S. Case No. 164 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 323, 341, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 30.03.2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 45224 of 2014. From the perusal of the report, it appears that seven witnesses including the victim P.W. 5 have already been examined and only one witness namely Parvati Devi is to be examined. The trial is likely to be concluded very soon. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
