JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-04-2015 Petitioners have challenged order dated 14.9.1995 passed by respondent no.2 in Consolidation Revision no. 588 of 1986 on the ground that he has no jurisdiction to decide the matter in revision application under section 34(2) of the Bihar Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation Act, 1955.

In the result, the impugned order passed by respondent no.2 is set aside and the matter is remitted to the appropriate authority to pass order in accordance with law. The writ petition is thus allowed.
