The Petitioner seeks bail in Bachwara P.S. Case No. 82 of 2014 instituted under Section(s) 384, 506, 504 Indian Penal Code pending before Sri Rajeev Kumar, IV, Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Begusarai.

Considering the nature of material which has transpired against the Petitioner during investigation, I am not inclined to grant him bail.

Prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial in view of serious nature of offence.
