JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 02-08-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Bihar School Examination Board (hereinafter referred to as the 'Board').

From the stand taken by the Board it appears that as per the Regulation of the Board only scrutiny of the answerbooks may be done. There is no provision for re-evaluation of answer-books. In this case, the scrutiny was done whereafter the aggregate marks increased by one mark. The petitioner has failed in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in the year 2018. For the aforesaid reason, no writ may be issued by
