It has been reported by the office that the aforesaid writ applications have been disposed of vide order dated 23.02.2004. However, in the order dated 30.08.2017, Counsel for the petitioner was granted four weeks time for filing substitution petition as this writ petitioner died during pendency of writ petition, but no such petition has been filed.
