The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case assaulting due to which informant and his nephew sustained injuries. Specific allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted with Farsa due to which informant sustained head injury.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is also submitted that in the background of previous dispute, the present F.I.R has been registered. It is further submitted that there is case and counter case between the

It is further submitted that injury report is not corroborated with the prosecution version, since the injury on informant's forehead is found to be simple in nature and there is lacerated wound caused by hard and blunt substance. The other injury over left cheek of the informant has been opined to be grievous in nature but it is not attributed to the petitioner. As far as manish Kumar is concerned, one inside wound is found on his forehead.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 650 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) nirajkrs/- U T
