The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that the petitioner fired at the informant, her brother-in-law, but the shot hit the daughter of informant on her right hand and waist. The injury report was not obtained by the Investigating Officer and on being show cause the Investigating Officer filed the injury report but the doctor has not yet given the opinion regarding injuries and the petitioner is in jail for last more than 11 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
