The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 379, 461 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. One Anil Yadav was apprehended while he was committing theft in the godown. Anil Yadav disclosed the name of Vidyanand Chaudhary and the petitioner as their accomplices. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Anil Yadav has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35720/2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in Raghopur P.S. Case No. 130 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Birpur (Supaul).
