Although petitioner carries criminal antecedent but no specific overt-act has been attributed against the petitioner in the present case and having more or less similar allegation one coaccused, namely, Mushaphir Sahani @ Mushaphir Sahni has already been granted privilege of bail by a bench of this court vide order dated 29.08.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 25602/2014. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Hajipur Sadar P.S.
