The petitioner is languishing in custody since 28.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25 (1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act and 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 23 of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.

From the possession of the petitioner one country made pistol, two cartridges and one motorcycle were recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and statement to that effect has been made in para 3 of the petition. Considering the period under custody, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16033 of 2015 (02) dt.22-05-2015 2/2 above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 438 of 2014.
