JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 24-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered in connection with Vidyapati Nagar P.S.Case No. 25 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections , 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, victim girl forcefully abducted by Shyam Kumar and raped.

From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that process under section 83 of the Cr.P.C has already been issued against the petitioner by the court below, which is mentioned in Para -215 of the Case diary.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43501 of 2021(2) dt.24-03-2022 2/2 Considering the facts, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail and hence, his prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.

Petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below and seek regular bail.
