JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It appears from perusal of the first information report as well as several paragraphs of the case diary that husband of the informant was killed by the extremists and in course of investigation, some witnesses expressed their suspicion against the petitioner and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against him.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
