The Petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The Petitioners were granted bail by order dated 27.01.2015 by this Hon'ble Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 43547 of 2014 but on condition that an affidavit would be filed on his behalf that he has fair antecedents. As it happened, the Petitioners were accused in three other cases all of them were minor in nature such an affidavit could not be filed.

Considering that on merits the petitioners were granted bail, let the Petitioners, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/ (Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each or any other surety as fixed by the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7453 of 2015 (2) dt.15-04-2015 Court to the satisfaction of learned Court of learned C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 173 of 2013, at previous condition except condition (ii).

Petitioners are directed to deposit Rs. 250 each in the District Legal Aid Committee, Gopalganj.
